Directory view: HELP
The file names shown in the directory view are in the following format:
yymmddX.HTM
where:
yy is the last two digits
of the year. For 2006, it would be 06.
mm is the month where Jan
is 01 and Dec is 12.
dd
is the day of the month.
X is the session with
M=morning,
A=afternoon,
E=evening and
L=late
HTM is a file extension
indicating it is a HTM document
Example: July 22, 2006 morning session, the file name is
060722M.HTM
The Directories (Index) are stored by year and month so
all the files in one directory should be for one month. Thus the file
names yymmddx.HTM will all have the same
first four characters. Only the day and the session will vary -
ddx.
The partial directory for July 2006 (2006/07)
is shown below. Notice the file names for July 1st Afternoon,
July 3rd Afternoon session and July 4th Afternoon
session are all the same except for the day and session
(shown in Red). All days less than 10 have
a zero in front of them. July 1st is 01.
